Rising to New Heights

Rising to New Heights is the tagline for Fairfield Ludlowe Falcons Football. While three team-level statistical categories (Overall Winning Percentage, Average Total Points Scored, by Season and Thanksgiving Day Game Winning Percentage) capture by numbers the spirit of Ludlowe Falcons Football in 2024 and beyond, Rising to New Heights also captures the quality of the expanded coaching staff, the growth in roster size in recent years and the elevated support for the team coming from the Falcon Gridiron Club and the Fairfield community.

“We are no longer a team, but now a program”

Training

Year-Round Training

A-Team Performance (“ATP”) brings Ludlowe Football expertise in strength, conditioning, and performance training, specifically tailored to the needs of Ludlowe Football’s athletes. Their approach focuses on maximizing performance through scientifically-backed training methods that enhance strength, speed, and agility, while emphasizing injury prevention and rapid recovery. This helps to ensure the players stay in peak physical condition throughout the season.

ATP’s holistic program integrates functional strength training with mobility work, helping athletes build the kind of resilience and endurance necessary for football. Their programs emphasize explosive power, speed development, and injury management, targeting the sport-specific demands of football. Additionally, ATP offers rehabilitation protocols that not only expedite recovery but also ensure that athletes return to the field stronger and more prepared than before.

By partnering with ATP, Ludlowe Football gains a strategic advantage in maintaining player health and ensuring peak performance. This comprehensive, well-rounded approach keeps the Falcons performing their best on the field.

ATP’s Dylan Raila is Ludlowe Football’s on-site Strength and Conditioning Specialist. See Dylan’s bio under Coaching Support Staff.
